My NUS Supervisor Dr Wong Yunn Chii first broached the subject of using my thesis research for a research project by linking it to employment opportunities, dated 8 March 2004.

My NUS Supervisor Dr Wong Yunn Chii's claim that my MA Thesis was "an important basis" and "content" for his project; Dr Wong was the Principal Investigator and the Head of Department was Collaborator in his project. Email dated  5 August 2004

Having used my MA Thesis to generate his research proposal and grant application for MOE funding,
Dr Wong Yunn Chii then dishonestly claimed in Dec 2004 in his grant application form that the "primary contribution" of his project/work "is in the original content"

Letter of Termination of my MA Candidature, dated 4 September 2006

Letter of support from Shaun who attended my trial

NUS internal email written 6 days before the Letter of Termination was sent out to me on 4 Sept 2006. If NUS was merely following procedural grounds in the "termination," as NUS claims, why use such words as "take extra caution on this case" and "Seems LK is really jittery over this case." (Note: SG refers to (then) University Registrar Ang Siau Gek and LK refers to (then) Vice-Provost Lily Kong; they are NUS witnesses in the present lawsuit.)

Email from Department Officer to Department Head informing the Head that (1) the Department cannot expect me to hand over my thesis before examination (2) the Department can't stop my thesis from being examined and (3) the Department CAN withhold my degree scroll and transcript
