Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP Regime is “Rotting” According to the Reasoning of Heng Swee Keat
What do I mean when I say that Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime is “rotting”?
I have been asked what I meant by the word “rot” when I wrote that Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime is “rotting.” Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime is “rotting” in the sense in which Heng Swee Keat used the words “rotting” and “rot” during a speech in Parliament on 13 February 2015, when Heng Swee Keat said that “the Town Council is rotting. And the rot is serious. … the Workers’ Party has betrayed the people’s trust. The pattern of behaviour; the consistent pattern of denial, deflection and protection of the Managing Agent which suggests a serious rot is happening.”
Today, Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime is clearly “rotting” and “the rot is serious” and the PAP regime “has betrayed the people’s trust” with a “pattern of behaviour” that includes a “consistent pattern of denial, deflection and protection” by Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime and Lee Hsien Loong’s Attorney-General, in favour of the “elite” criminal and perjurer Lily Kong, BBM, Justice of the Peace, and this “suggests a serious rot is happening.” I am simply applying the terminology that was used by Heng Swee Keat in his big speech in Parliament on 13 February 2015.
If Heng Swee Keat could publicly accuse the Workers’ Party of betraying the people’s trust, by allegedly protecting the management agent of a town council, then it is only fair to conclude that Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime “has betrayed the people’s trust” with a “pattern of behaviour” that includes a “consistent pattern” of protecting the “elite” criminal and perjurer Lily Kong, BBM, Justice of the Peace.
As the current President of Singapore Management University (SMU), as well as being a Justice of the Peace and a member of the “elite” Public Service Commission, the “elite” criminal and perjurer Lily Kong, BBM, is a much more prominent “elite” than the managing agent of a town council. Therefore, the ongoing protection of the “elite” criminal and perjurer Lily Kong by Lee Hsien Loong’s PAP regime, reveals that the PAP regime is now seriously rotting.
Singaporeans should ask Lee Hsien Loong to explain why he is now breaking the solemn promises that he made to the nation, in his big speech about perjury in Parliament on 15 February 2022, when Lee Hsien Loong solemnly promised the nation that the law against perjury would be strictly enforced, and that all perjurers would be brought to justice and punished.
I have already written to Lee Hsien Loong several times, but Lee Hsien Loong has arrogantly, cavalierly and high-handedly ignored my complaints about Lily Kong, just like the PAP regime once ignored complaints about former NKF CEO T.T. Durai. Apparently, the PAP regime failed to learn the obvious lessons from the NKF Scandal.
On 21 December 2005, Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan issued a public “Statement” about the NKF Scandal, in which he admitted that: “no one took serious heed of earlier signs of trouble … I understand that the regulators did occasionally receive informal but often anonymous feedback on the NKF. … allegations of the CEO’s lavish lifestyle. … The regulators were also reassured by periodic assessments given by the NKF auditors … We now know that we have been misled. Perhaps, we were coloured by our deeply-held and positive view of the original NKF … we were not alone in missing those early signs. … media reports on NKF around that period … were many, and the strong support and praise of the NKF were palpable. Even as late as this year, during the trial on SPH’s defamation case [sic; actually Durai’s defamation suit against SPH], many still came forward to defend Mr T.T. Durai.” (Emphasis added.) Today, Singaporeans should do what they can to publicise the Lily Kong Scandal online, not for my sake, but for the sake of Singapore, and for the sake of future generations of Singaporeans.
If honest Singaporeans don’t stop this rot now, the rot will continue to spread, and Singapore may decline into a corrupt Third World “banana republic” and a “failed state.” The future of Singapore depends on honest Singaporeans standing up for Singapore today!
