Lily Kong is the Perjurer; Wong Yunn Chii is the Plagiarist

In the aftermath of the news that the NTU faculty member who plagiarised his former student’s work had either been terminated or had resigned, I received some questions about Dr Wong Yunn Chii. There is confusion that these two plagiarists are the same person. The two men are different plagiarists. There is also confusion that Lily Kong committed plagiarism against me; which is also inaccurate. Lily Kong is the perjurer who protected Wong Yunn Chii the plagiarist and this happened in NUS. Lily Kong covered up Wong Yunn Chii’s misconduct after I whistle blew on the plagiarism committed by Wong Yunn Chii. Lily Kong then demanded that the whistleblower (I) agree to stop complaining about the coverup of Wong Yunn Chii’s misconduct, as a condition for NUS to award me my master’s degree. Lily Kong then went to Court to dishonestly testify in Court that she did not link the whistleblowing on Wong Yunn Chii to NUS’s decisions to refuse to award the master’s degree to me and to expel me from NUS. To justify why NUS expelled me, NUS gave the reason that it was because I did not upload my thesis to the NUS portal, giving the impression that I failed to submit my thesis. But NUS downplayed the fact that I had already emailed a copy of the finalised thesis to NUS in PDF format, which is also the format to be used in the thesis upload portal. NUS had my thesis in its hand but refused to upload the thesis onto the thesis upload portal that NUS controlled and had direct access to. Today, a member of the public brought up the issue (again) of “… why you didn’t send an e copy of your thesis??”
While NTU has apparently (and quite rightly) fired the plagiarist NTU professor, by contrast, NUS not only did not fire the plagiarist NUS professor, Dr Wong Yunn Chii, but, in fact, NUS has protected this plagiarist professor, and NUS promoted the plagiarist Dr Wong Yunn Chii to the rank of Head of Department of the NUS Department of Architecture, even after an NUS "Committee of Inquiry" or "COI" had secretly decided that Dr Wong Yunn Chii was guilty of misconduct that was sufficiently severe that Dr Wong deserved to be "censured" for his misconduct, according to the NUS COI's secret report.
The plagiarist NUS professor Dr Wong Yunn Chii's misconduct was especially serious and dishonest, because he plagiarised an NUS student's original research work in a grant application which Dr Wong Yunn Chii submitted, and which Dr Wong Yunn Chii dishonestly used to fraudulently obtain a grant of more than $80,000 of public funds.
Dr Wong Yunn Chii dishonestly claimed in his grant application that his application was an "original" application when, in fact, it was based on his student's original research work, but Dr Wong's grant application did not properly acknowledge or disclose the fact that his student's original research work was actually the "basis" and "content" of Dr Wong's grant application. This constitutes plagiarism and academic dishonesty, according to NUS's Plagiarism Policy. This also constitutes fraud against the state, to the amount of more than $80,000 of public funds, since Dr Wong's plagiarism was part of his dishonest effort to obtain a grant of public funds. Dr Wong Yunn Chii's misconduct (including plagiarism and fraud against the state) was covered up by NUS Vice-Provost Lily Kong, who is now the President of Singapore Management University ("SMU"), and a Justice of the Peace. Lily Kong also abused her power to retaliate against the student whistleblower who reported Dr Wong's plagiarism, and who refused to be silenced.
During a trial in 2017, Lily Kong, BBM, lied to the Court under oath and committed perjury regarding facts connected with her abuse of power and her retaliation against the student whistleblower who reported Dr Wong Yunn Chii's plagiarism. The "elite" Lily Kong's perjury deceived, duped and fooled the trial judge in 2017, just like the "elite" perjurer Karl Liew deceived, duped and fooled the trial judge who wrongly convicted Ms Parti Liyani.
Lily Kong brazenly lied to the Court under oath in 2017, while she was the main witness for NUS. After Lily Kong lied to the Court and committed perjury in the trial in 2017, NUS told the Court that NUS had spent $698,940.11 on the Court proceedings. Meanwhile, the plagiarist professor Dr Wong Yunn Chii is now an Honorary Fellow of the NUS Department of Architecture, while the "elite" perjurer and criminal Lily Kong, BBM, is a Justice of the Peace and the current President of Singapore Management University ("SMU").
Today, Lee Hsien Loong's scandal-ridden PAP regime is bending over backwards to protect the "elite" perjurer and criminal Lily Kong. Lee Hsien Loong must be held personally responsible and accountable for the ongoing protection of the "elite" perjurer Lily Kong, because Lee Hsien Loong has been personally informed about Lily Kong's criminal perjury, yet Lee Hsien Loong has continued to maintain the deeply dishonest perjurer and criminal Lily Kong in "elite" positions -- the perjurer Lily Kong is still a Justice of the Peace and she is still the President of Singapore Management University, even after Lee Hsien Loong was personally informed about Lily Kong's perjury and Lily Kong's crimes.
Lee Hsien Loong's Attorney-General, who is the Chief Legal Officer of the PAP Government, is now busily spending the taxpayers' dollars to protect Lily Kong by fighting a private citizen's efforts to bring Lily Kong to justice for her crimes. This gross dereliction of duty by Lee Hsien Loong and his Attorney-General is a national disgrace.
The Attorney-General’s ongoing efforts to protect the "elite" perjurer and criminal Lily Kong are directly contrary to the following statement by Justice Kwek Mean Luck, who stated, in his written judgment The National University of Singapore v Ten Leu Jiun Jeanne-Marie [2023] SGHC 191 at paragraph [61]: "the proper examination of the documentary evidence of whether Prof Kong committed perjury can only be done at a proper criminal trial of Prof Kong, on the charges of perjury as set out in Ms Ten’s Magistrate’s Complaint." Instead of respecting this decision by the Court, the Attorney-General is now bending over backwards to protect the "elite" criminal Lily Kong and prevent "a proper criminal trial of Prof Kong" from ever taking place.
Why is Lee Hsien Loong’s government so desperate and anxious to protect the "elite" perjurer and criminal Lily Kong, BBM, Justice of the Peace?
Although the "elite" Lily Kong has been publicly accused of the crime of perjury online for more than a year, Lily Kong has not dared to attempt to take any legal action to "clear her name" or stop the continuing public allegations against her. For example, Lily Kong has not dared to commence a lawsuit for defamation against the ordinary citizen who has been publicly accusing her of perjury online for more than a year.
It is very "telling" that the "elite" Lily Kong has not dared to take any legal action to "clear her name" over the public charges of perjury that have been made against her online for more than a year.
The only logical explanation for why Lily Kong has not dared to take any legal action, despite being publicly accused of committing crimes, is that Lily Kong knows that she is guilty of the crime of perjury, and she is afraid that litigation would expose her crimes and lead to her downfall.
This Lily Kong Scandal is the biggest national scandal in the history of Singapore, because this is the first time that the PAP regime has stooped so low as to openly and publicly protect a criminal, and Lee Hsien Loong and his PAP regime are now busily spending the taxpayers' dollars for this improper and disgraceful purpose. This thoroughly discredits Lee Hsien Loong and his scandal-ridden PAP regime.
I have documentary evidence that proves all of the facts that are set out above. For example, the fact that Lily Kong lied to the Court and committed perjury, is proven by the contradictions between the statements in Lily Kong's own written words, in a sworn affidavit that Lily Kong filed with the Court, versus an email that Lily Kong sent to her boss, Dr Tan Chorh Chuan. The documents clearly prove that Lily Kong is guilty of lying to the Court and committing perjury.
After Lily Kong lied to the Court under oath in her sworn affidavit, she lied to the Court again in the courtroom, when she testified under oath during the trial, as is recorded on the official court transcript.
